By accessing or using MeloPilot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

MeloPilot provides AI-powered music learning applications including Piano Pilot, Guitar Pilot, and Song Pilot. Our services include interactive lessons, real-time feedback, progress tracking, and access to a library of songs and exercises.

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years old (parental consent required for users under 18)
• Not share your account credentials with others

Free Plan: Provides limited access to basic features.

Paid Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• 14-day free trial for new subscribers
• Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase at our discretion
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Share, resell, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers)

All content, features, and functionality of MeloPilot are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our lessons, algorithms, and materials are proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

If you upload or share content through our services:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to share the content
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. MeloPilot is a learning tool and does not replace professional music instruction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeloPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
